October 8, 2009

Thursday, October, 8, 2009

Overview
The Statistics Function of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York will host a half day seminar on the TIC Banking and Securities forms. This seminar is designed to provide participants with a better understanding of the purposes of why the monthly and quarterly TIC reports are collected, TIC reporting requirements and an overview of common reporting errors. Attendees will be able to ask questions and raise issues of concern.

There is no registration fee for this session. However, because seating is limited, only four persons per institution may register to attend this seminar. The seminar will also be available live via the Internet. There is no limit for the viewing of the seminar.

The New York Fed is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. In-house seminar participants will be eligible to receive CPE credits as appropriate.
