The Outreach and Education function engages, empowers and educates the Second District communities that the Bank serves, especially civic leaders, students, educators, small business owners, policymakers and the general public. It furthers the Bank's commitment to the region by listening to the communities we serve and leveraging our unique attributes to positively impact school and university programs, as well as analysis and research.

Tony Davis is a community affairs analyst. He focuses on analysis related to urban revitalization issues. Mr. Davis also conducts outreach to communities throughout upstate New York.
Prior to joining the Bank in 2006, Mr. Davis was a program officer at Enterprise Community Partners. Mr. Davis earned a master's in international affairs from Ohio University, a masters in urban planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a bachelors from Georgia Southern University.
