Tuition Assistance
The Bank's Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) provides reimbursement to employees for approved undergraduate and graduate educational expenses.

Adoption Assistance
An Adoption Assistance Plan helps eligible employees cover the costs of adopting a child.

Child/Elder Care Resource and Referral Services
LifeCare.com is a counseling and referral service available to help employees evaluate all types of child and elder care services, from hiring a baby sitter for a child to choosing a nursing home for an elderly relative.

Back-up child care
The Bank provides back-up child care for employees' children between the ages of 3 months and 12 years when normal day care arrangements are temporarily unavailable. The provider, Liption Corporate Child Care, has a downtown facility close to the Bank, as well as locations in midtown Manhattan, White Plains, NY, Jersey City, NJ, and Florham Park, NJ.

Domestic Partners
The Bank makes medical and dental coverage available to domestic partners of employees and their dependents. In addition, bereavement, family illness, and family care leave policies may also apply to domestic partners.

Corporate Discounts
The Bank offers staff members a variety of discounts ranging from Broadway tickets to eyeglasses.

Bank Sponsored Outings/Events
The Federal Reserve Club plans and coordinates social and recreational activities for employees.

Business Casual Dress Policy
The Bank strives to create a relaxed work atmosphere while ensuring that a positive professional image is maintained with staff and visitors. As a result, business casual attire is the Bank standard and is considered appropriate in most circumstances.
