Roc Armenter is an economist in the International Research Function in the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. His research focuses on the design and credibility of monetary and fiscal policy. He is currently working in inflation targeting design, capital taxation and redistribution policy under factor mobility. Roc holds a Ph.D. from Northwestern University, awarded in 2004, and a B.A. from Universitat Pompeu i Fabra.
