Kenneth Tiongson is a community affairs analyst. He focuses on Second District issues related to community and economic development. Mr. Tiongson also serves as a liaison to the community.

Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Tiongson was the assistant director of Community Development Investments at the National Federation of Community Development Credit Unions. Mr. Tiongson holds a master's in business administration from Fordham University and a bachelor's from the University of Texas at Austin.
