The 10th meeting of the New York Area Monetary Policy Workshop will be held on Friday, November 18 at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Overview
The Workshop brings together academics and other researchers working in the greater New York area for a day of discussion of macro, monetary and financial economics issues. The workshop seeks to foster continuing interaction among researchers in the area with a commitment to active participation to the meetings.

We welcome submissions of both theoretical and applied work in the areas of monetary and fiscal policy interaction; monetary policy and financial intermediation; credit frictions and macroeconomic dynamics. We particularly encourage submissions that can be relevant for policy.

We expect to select five or six papers for presentation at the meeting; each paper will have a discussant, and floor discussions will follow.

We invite you to submit a paper to the workshop. We would also like to know whether you will be able to serve as discussant.

For this meeting, Gauti Eggertsson and Marc Giannoni will serve as coordinators. Marc will send reminders through the rest of the summer.
