The information provided is based on Census data for 2000 to 2004.

The Efficacy of the EITC: Evidence from Madison County, New York ORCA—in collaboration with Colgate University, Hamilton, New York, and the Internal Revenue Service—sponsored a workshop entitled "Expanding Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Sites in Upstate New York" in August 2006. This study discusses the results of a survey of taxpayers served by Colgate's program.
