NEW YORK—The Federal Reserve Bank of New York Friday approved the notice by Greater Rochester Bancorp, Inc., Rochester, New York, to become a one-bank holding company with respect to Genesee Regional Bank, Rochester, New York.

The Reserve Bank acted under authority delegated by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
