NEW YORK—The Federal Reserve Bank of New York Wednesday approved the notice by Amboy Bancorporation Employee Stock Ownership Plan, Old Bridge, New Jersey, to become a bank holding company with respect to Amboy National Bank, Old Bridge, New Jersey.

The Reserve Bank acted under authority delegated by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
