New York Fed Names Eight Assistant Vice Presidents and Nine Officers

NEW YORK—The Federal Reserve Bank of New York announced that its board of directors has approved the promotion of eight officers to assistant vice president rank and named nine new officers at the bank.

The following people have been promoted to assistant vice president:

In the financial group:

  • John Hoke of Whitesboro, NY
  • Carl P. Lundgren of Staten Island, NY

In the legal group:

  • YoonHi Greene of New York, NY
  • Sophia R Vicksman of Colts Neck, NJ

In the markets group:

  • Paul Kowalenko of Hamburg, NJ
  • Susan E. McLaughlin of New York, NY

In the research and statistics group:

  • Paolo Pesenti of Princeton, NJ

The following people have been promoted to bank officer:
