New York Fed to Release Latest Small Business Credit Survey February 12
February 5, 2014

NEW YORK—The Federal Reserve Bank of New York will release its latest Small Business Credit Survey Wednesday, February 12 at 10 a.m.  The report will be available under embargo at 9 a.m. followed by a media call at 9:30 a.m.

The New York Fed’s Small Business Credit Survey collects information from small businesses in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania—about their performance, financing decisions, and credit experiences.   Responses for the latest survey were collected from October-December 2013. Businesses reported information for the first half of 2013.

Established in 2010, the survey represents the opinions of smaller firms (typically fewer than 10 employees and under $5 million in annual revenues) who choose to complete the questionnaire.  Responses are collected through an online survey with distribution assistance from public and non-profit partners.
