Access to Capital: Alternative & Emerging Sources of Capital

The Community Relations Division of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Office of the Brooklyn Borough President Eric L. Adams, Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and Operation HOPE Inc. are co-sponsoring a technical assistance workshop for small businesses interested in learning about alternative and emerging sources of financing.

Attendees will hear from lenders and experts on a wide range of topics, including crowdfunding basics, how lenders assess borrowers’ credit worthiness, online lending platforms, revolving loan funds and community development financial institutions. There will be an opportunity for networking following the workshop.
