This forum will explore asset-building initiatives for Puerto Rican children which can create a more equitable society. A panel of experts from the United States and Puerto Rico will discuss savings accounts for children and the models and policies that might expand these initiatives.

Community-based organizations, financial institutions and municipal governments.

Most presentations will be in Spanish.
