The November workshops discussed private, federal, state, and local resources available to implement community and economic development projects in New York's small cities and rural communities. Utilizing recent real-world projects including a furniture manufacturing company and a mixed use-building, these hands-on case studies highlight some of the challenges and opportunities that arise when structuring complex community and economic development deals.
