Overview The Statistics Function hosts a half-day training seminar on the reporting requirements and instructions for the new FR Y-10 Report of Changes in Organizational Structure, which is effective June 30, 2007. The new FR Y-10 combines the current FR Y-10, FR Y-10F, FR -Y10S and FR 2058 reporting forms into one reporting form. Audience Staff of bank holding companies, foreign banking organizations and unaffiliated state member banks responsible for the preparation and submission of the new FR Y-10 report.
