This report collects total claims on and liabilities to customers, by country of customer, for foreign branches and subsidiaries of U.S. commercial banks, customer detail on transactions with U.S. residents, claims and liabilities vis-a-vis other non-U.S. offices of the parent, and overnight and term Eurodollar liabilities to certain U.S. addressees.
