Revisions of Official Staff Commentary to Regulation E

To All Depository Institutions in the Second Federal Reserve District:

In a press release dated March 13, 2001, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System announced changes in the Official Staff Commentary to its Regulation E, Electronic Fund Transfers.

The date for mandatory compliance with the changes will be January 1, 2002.
