To All Depository Institutions, and Others Concerned, in the Second Federal Reserve District:

All offices of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York are closed on all Saturdays and Sundays and on the following public holidays:

*If a holiday falls on a Sunday, it will be observed on the next day (Monday). Therefore, this Bank will be closed on July 5 in 1999.

**If a holiday falls on a Saturday, it will not be observed on any other day. Therefore, this Bank will be open December 24 and December 27 in 1999.
